Welcome to shahzadmarketer.com. By using our website or placing an order through Shahzad Services, Shahzad Blog, or Shahzad Publications, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. About Our Services

We provide the following services:

  • Guest posting on verified, high-authority websites
  • Premium publication placements (e.g., news and media sites)
  • Press release writing and distribution
  • Link building services

Service details, pricing, and site metrics (DA, indexing status, dofollow/nofollow) are shared directly with clients via WhatsApp or email prior to order confirmation.

2. Order Process

  • Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp (+44 7883 407 414) or email (Shahzad@shahzadmarketer.com), not through an automated online checkout system.
  • Full order details (target website, content, publication choice, and pricing) are agreed upon between the client and Shahzad Marketer before any payment is made.
  • Work begins only after order details are confirmed and payment is received.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via PayPal, Payoneer, Bitcoin, and USDT.
  • Payment must be completed in full before content is submitted to the publisher, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated delivery/publication timelines are shared at the time of order and may vary depending on the publisher’s schedule, editorial review process, or content revisions.
  • Delays caused by third-party publications are outside our direct control, and we will keep clients updated on any changes.

5. Link Type Disclosure

  • Not all publications offer dofollow links. Link type (dofollow/nofollow) for each publication is disclosed to the client before order confirmation.
  • Some publishers may alter their link policy after publication without prior notice; we are not liable for such third-party changes made after content goes live.

6. Content Guidelines

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not violate copyright, contains no defamatory, illegal, or plagiarized material, and complies with the target publication’s editorial guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to request content revisions or decline content that violates a publisher’s editorial policy.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Because our services involve third-party publications and editorial review, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • If content is rejected by a publisher before payment is forwarded to them, a refund or alternative placement will be offered.
  • Once content has been submitted and published on the target site, the order is considered complete and is non-refundable, as the placement/service has been delivered.
  • Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp or email before work has begun.

8. No Guarantee of Rankings or Traffic

Guest posting, PR placements, and link building are intended to support SEO and brand visibility. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or indexing timelines, as these depend on factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, website authority, content quality, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property

  • Once content is published on the client’s behalf, the published content becomes the property of the hosting publication, per that publication’s own terms.
  • Clients retain rights to any original content they provide to us for placement, except where publisher terms state otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shahzad Marketer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, or business resulting from third-party publisher actions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
